FOH:
When making a bakery bar, please push a spoon into the top center of the bakery bar. Push into it by about half of the depth of the bar. This allows for the ice cream to stay centered and not slide off the bar. Picture for reference →
There is now a button to discount birthday desserts. It will prompt you for the discount amount and if they want a candle or not when ringing the dessert in. ONLY use this for birthday discounts- all other discounts still need approval.
Don’t forget to call your apps out when running them to tables. It reminds the kitchen to start entrees.
Also, an FYI, if you ring in an “As App”, it will prompt the kitchen to not fire entrees for that table until the app leaves. If a table is in a hurry, please make proper arrangements by not ringing in “as app” and letting them know the app may come at the same time as entrées (also be mindful of timing, spinach dip will obviously take longer than two 185 mile salads, so use your best judgement). If you have questions- ask a manager or line cook.

Please be diligent about waste logging avocados.
With our new refrigeration, items may be moved around and reorganized. Prepare for some things to have new homes.
