Join us for a meal that gives back. On August 11th, we're partnering with the South Corvallis Food Bank for our next Dine Out fundraiser. Throughout the day, a portion of food sales at both Block 15 locations will be donated to support their mission of ensuring everyone in our community has access to nourishing food.

The South Corvallis Food Bank works to address both immediate hunger and the root causes of food insecurity through food distribution, community partnerships, and advocacy. Your meal will help support their ongoing efforts to serve neighbors in need.

We set the scene with a mix of board games and classics, but the real draw is the people. Every beer has a story long before it hits your glass. Our Brewery Tour at our Southtown Tap Room takes you behind the scenes of our main production facility to see how our beers are made—from raw ingredients to a finished pint.

You’ll walk through the space where recipes come to life, learn how different styles are brewed, and get a closer look at the details that shape what you’re drinking. Along the way, we’ll share a bit of the process, a bit of history, and a few things we’ve picked up over the years.
