Join us on May 20th for a Dine Out supporting the Corvallis Youth Symphony Association 🎻
All day long, a portion of food sales from both Block 15 locations will be donated to help support their programs and student musicians.
CYSA provides music education to approximately 400 young musicians across the mid-Willamette Valley, from elementary through high school. Through ensembles like Elementary Strings, the Willamette Valley Junior Honors Symphony, and the Corvallis Youth Symphony, students develop their skills, confidence, and collaboration while performing challenging and inspiring orchestral music.
Your meal supports more than music. It helps provide instruments, instruction, performance opportunities, and program resources that keep high-quality music education accessible to students throughout our community. It also supports school music programs and helps foster a lasting appreciation for music in the next generation.

Created for our sister restaurant, Caves Saison, which uses a solera method starting in our oak cask. We remove a fraction of the volume when peak character is reached; then, new beer is added and allowed to mature, increasing complexity with age. Sticky Hands: Frutería - Hop Experience Ale
Frutería pushes Sticky Hands into new territory, fusing Anchovy and Elani hops. This ultra-modern IIPA delivers a high-voltage, fruit-forward profile from the most elite recent hop releases.

Illuminated - Belgian Tripel
Brewed with respect for tradition, a dynamic array of imported grains, select hops, and classic Belgian yeast illuminates this crisp abbey ale with notes of pear, baking spice, and a rich, honey-like finish.

Harbinger - PNW IPA (Draft Only)
Celebrate the spirit of Independence. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Xicha Brewing and Hetty Alice Beer, this beer is a herald of good things to come in the truly self-reliant craft brewing community. Each brewery made three distinct beers that reflect its identity. We made a PNW IPA with an uber exciting array of hops, including Anchovy, Columbus Cryo, and Sultana Lupulin pellets.

Spark - Spontaneous Refresher (Draft Only)
Spark was developed to satisfy the desire for an approachable, lighter option while retaining the levels of complexity that Block 15 is known for. Crisp, refreshing, mildly tart, and drinkable at any level of experience, Spark is a great choice for anyone seeking a lower ABV beer.

Order Gloria!, our 5.00% Pilsner, from both Block 15 locations during the month of April and help support the Oregon Sexual Assault Task Force.
A portion of every pint or can will go toward SATF’s work in prevention, advocacy, and survivor support—helping strengthen resources and education efforts across Oregon and beyond. SATF’s campus Program works with Oregon colleges and universities, including OSU and Linn-Benton Community College, to improve safety on campuses for students and ensure students have skilled, trained advocates and other support services available to them.

Dine Out! for Corvallis High School Robotics Team
Join us on March 19th for a Dine Out supporting Corvallis High School Robotics Team! All day long, a portion of food sales at the Block 15 Downtown Pub will be donated to help fund their season.
Each January, the team receives the year’s competition rules — and from there, they have just two months to design, manufacture, assemble, program, and test a fully competition-ready robot before heading into events. By April, the season wraps — but the work to fund it continues year-round.
Your dinner supports more than just a robot. It goes towards registration fees, parts and raw materials, travel expenses, and competition costs. As well as supports hands-on engineering, problem-solving, teamwork, and the next generation of innovators. Join us, eat well, and help power something bigger.

Sol Fresco - Mexican Lager
Brewed for warm days in the sun and packaged fresh for your enjoyment. This golden-hued lager balances gentle corn sweetness, light hop bitterness, and aroma with a crisp, clean finish.

Ancient Grove - Amber Ale
Our GABF Gold-winning recipe, Ancient Grove, is brewed in the German Altbier tradition with extended cold conditioning. Beautiful caramel-rich malts are balanced with a crisp and refreshing finish.

Block Pearl - Oyster Stout
Every year on Valentine's Day, Joel from Corvallis Brewing Supply would brew an oyster stout to be drunk on St. Patrick's Day. Sadly, they closed their doors in 2022. To keep the world from being deprived of this most festive tradition, we offered to brew it with him at our pub brewery! A dry Irish stout brewed with whole oysters in the mash and shells in the boil, Block Pearl has a unique mouthfeel and overall experience.

Selection Series IPA Release
Releasing Friday, March 6th, at our Downtown Pub only: Selection Series West Coast IPAs.
Each fall during the hop harvest, the Block 15 Team travels to Yakima in search of the finest hops. Through a blind process, we evaluate hops from multiple farms and regions, selecting the perfect representation of each variety for our programs, often bending what is commonly assumed about the varieties.
These 7.00% beers showcase their specific varietal throughout the brewing process, offering an intense perspective on how the hop interacts with different steps—a thorough look at this particular lot and varietal and what it contributes at each stage.
Citra
Brewed exclusively with Citra hops from Van Horn Farms in Moxee, Washington, the simple PNW-grain profile of this IPA allows Citra’s qualities to shine.
El Dorado
The straightforward grain bill lets El Dorado hops from CLS Farms in Moxee, Washington, take center stage, showcasing their distinctive character.
Mosaic
With Mosaic hops sourced from Jackson Hop Farms in Wilder, Idaho, this IPA’s clean malt backbone provides the perfect canvas for the hops’ bold profile.
Strata
Featuring Strata hops from Crosby Hop Farm in Woodburn, Oregon, this IPA’s restrained grain profile ensures the hops’ classic qualities remain front and center.

Big News: Our Southtown Tap Room is Getting a Refresh!
Temporary Closure: March 2 - Early April
After a decade of serving our Corvallis community, we're breathing new life into our Southtown Tap Room.
We're closing for a month to refresh the space—new furniture, improved layout, updated menu, and a more welcoming atmosphere for all. The beer and that Marys Peak view? Those aren't going anywhere.

Visit our Downtown Pub for fresh beer and family-friendly food, or explore Caves Corvallis for elevated tavern fare.
