Every beer has a story long before it hits your glass. Our Brewery Tour at our Southtown Tap Room takes you behind the scenes of our main production facility to see how our beers are made—from raw ingredients to a finished pint.

You’ll walk through the space where recipes come to life, learn how different styles are brewed, and get a closer look at the details that shape what you’re drinking. Along the way, we’ll share a bit of the process, a bit of history, and a few things we’ve picked up over the years.

It’s part education, part storytelling, and all about the craft.

This yuletide IPA is brewed with a sleighful of hops, orange zest, and foraged spruce tips. Our gift of pine and citrus is wrapped in a warm malt backbone that is sure to bring holiday cheer.

Cooler weather is here, and we’re celebrating with an afternoon made for pups, pints, and patio hangs.

Nagoya Nights

8.80% ABV • Russian Imperial Stout with Okinawan Kokuto

Espresso • Dark Caramel • Kizuna

To mark hosting Y. Market Brewing for the Fuji to Hood festival, we brewed a Russian Imperial Stout layered with a broad mix of specialty malts and Okinawan Kokuto, a raw whole cane sugar rich in natural molasses, nutrients, and color. Its deep malt character and unrefined sugar deliver rich, velvety notes of espresso, dark caramel, and sweetened condensed milk. We’re honored to have created a second beer with our friends from Nagoya, Japan, while they were in town.
