Block 15 Brewing has been making beer since 2008. We make a variety of styles throughout the year, from tried-and-true Pacific Northwest staples to exploratory endeavors that take us to new heights. We aim to elevate excellence in the craft beer and beverage experience, measured by endless passion, curiosity, and drive for accessible brilliance.
Selection Series
Four Single-hop 7.00% West Coast IPAs • Try them all starting March 6th
Each fall during the hop harvest, the Block 15 Team travels to Yakima in search of the finest hops. Through a blind process, we evaluate hops from multiple farms and regions, selecting the perfect representation of each variety for our programs.
The Selection Series uses a simple PNW-grain profile to allow the hops we selected from the 2025 harvest to shine. We recommend trying them side-by-side!
