Every fall, we take over the street next to our Downtown Pub in Corvallis and party under the big tent with live music, German-style food and beer from Block 15, games, stein-holding competitions, face painting, and college football on the big screen.

2026 Fresh Hop Beers from Block 15
Each year, we make a selection of Fresh Hop beers to celebrate the hop harvest season in the Willamette Valley. Once the hops are ready, they’re harvested from the field and picked up by our brewery team the same day, sometimes within hours. We use different techniques to add the hops to our beer, depending on the outcome we’re looking for.
Releasing September 4th: Static Shatter
Our annual Fresh Hop American IPA uses fresh Strata hops from Coleman’s Alluvial Farm in Independence, Oregon.
Releasing September 11th: Animal Cookies - Fresh Hop
For the first time, our Hazy IPA gets the Fresh Hop treatment with fresh Centennial CGX NUVO hops from Crosby Hop Farm in Woodburn, Oregon.
Releasing September 18th: Sticky Hands - Fresh Hop Edition
A Fresh Hop version of our flagship Imperial IPA is back for 2026, using fresh Citra hops from Westwood Farms in Gervais, Oregon.
