Established in 2008, Block 15 aims to elevate excellence in the craft beer and beverage experience, measured by endless passion, curiosity, and drive for accessible brilliance. Our family includes our Corvallis Downtown Brewpub, South Corvallis Production Brewery, Winery, and Tap Room, Caves Restaurant, and craft distribution through the Pacific NW.
Bourbon Month Ends February 28th
Held every February, Bourbon Month is Block 15’s celebration of all things bourbon, including the release of our Super Nebula bourbon barrel-aged beer series, special events, a stamp book of specialty bourbons to try, and food and drink offerings.

Temporary Closure: March 2 - Early April
After a decade of serving our Corvallis community, we're breathing new life into our Southtown Tap Room.
We're closing for a month to refresh the space—new furniture, improved layout, updated menu, and a more welcoming atmosphere for all. The beer and that Marys Peak view? Those aren't going anywhere.

Visit our Downtown Pub for fresh beer and family-friendly food, or explore Caves Corvallis for elevated tavern fare.

Selection Series
Four Single-hop 7.00% West Coast IPAs • Try them all starting March 6th
Each fall during the hop harvest, the Block 15 Team travels to Yakima in search of the finest hops. Through a blind process, we evaluate hops from multiple farms and regions, selecting the perfect representation of each variety for our programs.
The Selection Series uses a simple PNW-grain profile to allow the hops we selected from the 2025 harvest to shine. We recommend trying them side-by-side!
