Reopening April 15th

We’re almost ready to open our doors after remodeling our space over the last month. Starting April 15th, our operating hours will be 3 pm - 9 pm Monday - Thursday, and 11:30 am - 9 pm Friday - Sunday.

In the meantime, visit our Downtown Pub or Caves Corvallis.

After a month-long refresh, our Tap Room is ready to welcome you back. We've updated the furniture, improved the layout, refreshed the menu, and created a more welcoming space for everyone—families, friends, solo visitors, and regulars alike.

Block 15 Southtown Tap Room

Our production brewery and tap room, established in 2015, features a spacious outdoor patio with stunning views of Mary's Peak while serving our full lineup of craft beers and locally-sourced Pacific Northwest cuisine in Corvallis, Oregon. This Block 15 Brewing location combines our main beer production facility with a mixture of indoor and outdoor dining experiences, showcasing the best of Oregon's Willamette Valley craft beer scene.

    Gather your smartest friends. The bragging rights are yours. From 6 - 8 pm, bring teams of up to six people for five rounds of five trivia questions.

    Each team receives a free Chips & Salsa appetizer to kick things off, and the top three winning teams will take home Block 15 prizes.

  • Large Party Reservations

    Reservations are closed during our remodel from March 2nd to April 15th.

    At our Southtown Tap Room, we have two different spaces for large party reservations that can accommodate 10 - 25 people: The Outdoor Patio and The Barrel Room. Visit our Large Party Reservations page for details and contact information.

    Weekend reservations are closed from June through August.

  • Keg Sales

    During our remodel, dock sales will be by appointment only. If you would like to schedule a dock sale, please email andy@block15.com, and he will work with you to schedule a pickup time.

    Due to logistical constraints, we will not be able to fill corni kegs during the closure.
