Reservation Information

Thank you for your interest in reserving the Block 15 Brewer's Lounge! We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the availability of your requested date. In the meantime, please review the policies listed below.

  1. The space has 5 bar-height tables with barstools and seats about 18 to 20 people.

  2. To reserve the entire space, a minimum of 10 people must be in your group.  If you have less than 10, we are able to offer a table reservation, but the room would be available for other guests to use. 

  3. We have a room rental fee of $75 unless $200 is spent by the group.  This is a cumulative total (all tabs added together), so individual tabs will not be a problem in meeting this minimum.

  4. You will be sent a deposit payment request upon making the reservation for $25. This deposit will be credited back to you during your experience. This deposit is non-refundable for cancelations.

  5. We reserve the room for a maximum of 2 hours. Your group is welcome to stay past the allotted time, but others will be allowed into the space. Extended reservations may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

  6. Here, you can view our current menu of local and seasonally crafted Pub fare and our current tap list and beverage offerings.

  7. If your party has not arrived within 15 minutes of the confirmed reservation time, the reservation will be canceled. Reservations can be modified ahead of time by emailing brewerslounge@block15.com. If you need to cancel your reservation or change your arrival time on the day of the reservation, please call the restaurant at 541-758-2077 and follow the instructions to speak with the pub staff. 

  8. A TV with an HDMI input is available with speakers, but we do not provide any adapters, converters, or A/V equipment. 

  9. The Brewers Lounge is available Monday through Thursday afternoons and evenings and on occasion, Friday-Sunday on a case-by-case basis.

Southtown Tap Room

The Spaces

  • Outdoor Patio with views of the country and Mary’s Peak.  Large picnic tables with overhead heaters, bar height tables, and a gas fireplace. 

  • The Barrel Room: A private room set amongst our barrels of maturing beer. Four tables that seat six.

  1. The space has 4 dining tables and seats approximately 24 people.

  2. To reserve the entire space, a minimum of 10 people must be in your group.  If you have less than 10 we are able to offer a table reservation, but the room would be available for other guests to use.

  3. The Tap Room's rotating seasonal food and drink menus are available for these reservations; please feel free to contact our staff at taproom@block15.com if your party has any special accommodations they may need.

  4. We have a room rental fee of $75 unless $150 is spent by the group. This is a cumulative total (all tabs added together), so individual tabs will not be a problem in meeting this minimum.

Caves Corvallis

The Space

Our beautiful European-style tavern with an open dining room and an inviting ambiance.

Occupancy

  • Reservations for eight or fewer can be made via our Tock Reservation website for dinner services Thursday through Monday from 4 pm to 9 pm and Brunch services Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm.

  • For parties of 8 or more, please call 541.203.2308 or email hello@cavescorvallis.com. We would be happy to accommodate you to the best of our abilities. The maximum party size we can accommodate in one restaurant area is 20.

  • The entire Caves restaurant is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for your private event, up to 50 people

Costs

For reservations of 8-20, there is no charge.

There is a $500 rental fee and a $1000 minimum tab for private rental of the entire space. A limited or special menu will be created with you with one month's advance notice to accommodate your event.

For parties of 8 or more, call 541.203.2308 or email hello@cavescorvallis.com. We would be happy to accommodate you to the best of our abilities. The maximum party size we can accommodate in one area of our restaurant is 20, though parties of this size are subject to availability and approval.

We have a very open-concept dining room, and unfortunately, we do not have a separate space for private dining or conferences. 

On a case-by-case basis, we can accommodate large private parties by reserving our entire space on a Tuesday or Wednesday when we are closed to the public. Our space can seat up to 33 at standard height tables, with an additional 4 bar height tables that can seat two people each.

To reserve our full dining room on a Tuesday or Wednesday, the space must be booked one month in advance, will require a rental fee of $500 with a tab minimum of $1,000, and will be subject to a special or limited menu. To inquire about space reservations, please reach out to hello@cavescorvallis.com. For those looking for audio/visual equipment for presentations, we unfortunately cannot provide a TV/projector.
