Our family includes our Corvallis Downtown Brewpub, South Corvallis Production Brewery, Winery, and Tap Room, Caves Restaurant, and craft distribution through the Pacific NW.

2024 Imagine, Imagine: Stroopwafel, Figgy Pudding, and Willa released at Block 15 at the beginning of November. While our kick-off events may be over, these limited-edition beers are still available and make the perfect addition to the holidays.

Offering unique hop-forward ales, crisp lagers, barrel-aged rarities and one of the Northwest’s most extensive wild & sour programs, Block 15 produces a range of artfully crafted beers, brewed with a nod toward fresh ingredients and fresh thinking.
We began serving up fine beer and food at our downtown Corvallis brewpub in 2008, and have since opened up a European-style pub—Caves Bier & Kitchen—as well as the Block 15 Brewery & Tap Room in south Corvallis. We are proud to have remained brewer-owned from day one.

BULK BEER AND CORNI SALES
Place an order for your keg or cornis below! The store will always remain open with standards always available, and new inventory items will go live on Mondays by 5pm.
Corni kegs will need to be dropped off on Wednesdays or Thursdays between 3pm and 8pm. All orders need to be placed by 2pm on Wednesdays to be picked up the same week, starting on Fridays between 12pm and 8pm. Any orders placed after 2pm on Wednesdays will be ready the following Fridays.
Please be advised this is the only place/way to purchase kegs! We do not do any same day keg orders or corni fills.
