Bourbon Month

Held every February, Bourbon Month is Block 15’s celebration of all things bourbon, including the release of our Super Nebula bourbon barrel-aged beer series, special events, a stamp book of specialty bourbons to try, and food and drink offerings.

A Celebration of All Things Bourbon

Beginning February 1st and running throughout the month, we hold Bourbon Month events at our Downtown Pub and Southtown Tap Room, with unique offerings at Caves Corvallis.

We celebrate the release of our bourbon barrel-aged Super Nebula Series with curated food specials crafted by our Executive Chef, Sarah, specialty bourbon cocktails by our front-of-house managers, and a chance to try a selection of specialty bourbons.

Bourbon Month also includes a more exclusive series of ticketed events, such as the Brewers Dinners and Guided Pairings at Block 15 locations and a Bourbon Dinner hosted at Caves Corvallis.

2025’s Bourbon Barrel-Aged Beers

  • Super Nebula

    Imperial Stout Matured in Bourbon Barrels with Cocoa Nibs • 12.96%

    This year's annual Imperial Stout release was matured in Basil Hayden Toast bourbon barrels and then conditioned on organic, direct-trade Tanzanian cocoa nibs specially selected to complement its decadent character.

  • Super Nebula Breakfast with Hayden

    Imperial Stout Matured in Bourbon Barrels with Cocoa Nibs, Coffee Beans, and Maple • 12.96%

    Our yearly Super Nebula "Breakfast Edition" features Basil Hayden Toast bourbon barrel matured Imperial Stout, conditioned with fresh-roasted coffee beans, maple, and organic, direct-trade Tanzanian cocoa nibs.

  • Super Nebula Ceylon Praline

    Imperial Stout Matured in Bourbon Barrels with Pecans, Ceylon Cinnamon, Cocoa Nibs, and Salt • 12.96%

    Our unique small-batch blend of Super Nebula and Ceylon Praline integrates toasted pecans, Ceylon cinnamon, and salt with the rich base of bourbon barrel and cocoa nib imperial stout base.

  • Kriek

    Oud Bruin Matured in Bourbon Barrels with Cherries • 7.40%

    Spontaneously fermented in our wild cellar, Kriek is our Oud Bruin matured over two winters on locally farmed tart Montmorency cherries in second-run bourbon barrels, first used to mature Super Nebula, our Imperial Stout.

Stamp Books

Each year, we offer a Stamp Book to track which bourbons and beers you’ve savored at our Corvallis locations. For those who complete it, we hold a party later in the year and award you with a special piece of merch. Get your Stamp Book at any location!

    Join us for a Bourbon-themed trivia event hosted by Ian at our Southtown Tap Room. Teams of up to six people are allowed, with tables available on a first-come, first-serve basis. More details to come!

  • 4 Spirits Tasting & Cheers for Charity

    February 11th, 6 - 8 pm
    Downtown Pub

    Representatives from 4 Spirits Distillery in Corvallis will be on-site for a special bourbon tasting. In addition, a portion of the evening's beer, wine, and spirits sales will be donated to the 4 Spirits Foundation.

  • Bourbon Dinner at Caves

    Join us for an exclusive curated Bourbon Dinner at Caves. Crafted by our Executive Chef, Sarah, and Caves General Manager, Aidan, this six-course dinner will taste you through a night of Bourbon-inspired refreshments that complement NW meets European Fare.
