Bourbon Month
Held every February, Bourbon Month is Block 15’s celebration of all things bourbon, including the release of our Super Nebula bourbon barrel-aged beer series, special events, a stamp book of specialty bourbons to try, and food and drink offerings.
A Celebration of All Things Bourbon
Beginning January 30th, 2026, and running throughout February, we host Bourbon Month events at our Downtown Pub and Southtown Tap Room, with unique offerings at Caves Corvallis.
We celebrate the release of our bourbon barrel-aged Super Nebula Series with curated food specials crafted by our Executive Chef, Sarah, specialty bourbon cocktails by our front-of-house managers, and a chance to try a selection of specialty bourbons.
Bourbon Month also includes a more exclusive series of ticketed events, such as the Brewer’s Dinners and Guided Pairings at Block 15 locations and a Bourbon Dinner hosted at Caves Corvallis.

This year's Super Nebula was matured in Willett bourbon barrels and then conditioned with wild-harvested, fair-trade cocoa nibs, carefully selected to complement its decadent character.

Oud Bruin Matured in Bourbon Barrels with Cherries • 7.40%
Spontaneously fermented in our wild cellar, Kriek is our Oud Bruin matured over two winters on locally farmed tart Montmorency cherries in second-run bourbon barrels, first used to mature Super Nebula, our Imperial Stout.

Taste Through a Curated List
of Bourbons at Our Locations
Beginning January 30th, 2026, and running throughout February, Block 15 features a selection of specialty bourbons and whiskeys at our Downtown Pub and our sister restaurant, Caves Corvallis. This year’s list of Bourbons was curated in collaboration with Alex Goodwin, former manager at Block 15.
Stamp Books
Each year, we offer a Stamp Book to track which bourbons and beers you’ve savored at our Corvallis locations. For those who complete at least 13 of the 17 offerings, we hold a party later in the year and award you with a special piece of merch. Get your Stamp Book at any location!
Completed Stamp Books must be turned in at any location by the end of the day on Saturday, February 28th, to be considered for the prizes.

Friday Night Brewer's Dinner

Downtown PubEnjoy an evening learning about how our bourbon-barrel-aged beers were made from our Brewery Director, Matt Williams, over a six-course pairing experience by our Executive Chef, Sarah. Ticket includes an allotment of bottles.
This year, we’ll be holding a lottery for tickets.

Guided Pairings with Bottle Pre-Order Opportunity

Southtown Tap RoomDuring this guided experience, you’ll learn how the beers were made from our Brewery staff while enjoying thoughtful pairings by our Executive Chef, Sarah, to enhance the tasting notes of each beer. Ticket includes a bottle pre-order opportunity.

Both LocationsBottles will be available for sale at each location during regular business hours starting January 31st. Limits will be in effect, and bottles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Downtown PubDue to high demand, ticket sales are by lottery only. Should interest exceed capacity for the Friday night dinner, a second seating will be opened on Saturday, January 31st.

4 Spirits Tasting & Dine Out for 4 Spirits Foundation
February 11th, 6 - 8 pm
Downtown PubRepresentatives from 4 Spirits Distillery in Corvallis will be on-site for a special bourbon tasting. In addition, we’re hosting a Dine Out for the 4 Spirits Foundation, with a portion of the day's food sales donated to their organization.
