Selection Series
Each fall, the Block 15 crew travels to Yakima, Washington, searching for the finest hops to use in our beers throughout the year. We created the Selection Series to showcase the varietals we chose for a thorough look at this particular lot and varietal and what it contributes during the brewing process.
