The Emerging Series represents our dedicated space for curiosity, where we blend time-honored brewing standards with a restless drive to evolve. In this collection, we are constantly testing new methods and sourcing unique ingredients to see how they can elevate the craft.

While these beers are a work in progress and may not be fully "polished" final versions, they are always served at a level of quality we stand by. We view this series as a conversation with our community, and your feedback is a vital part of the process—helping us refine these experiments as we search for the next great classic.

Spark - Spontaneous Refresher

Spark was developed to satisfy the desire for an approachable, lighter option while retaining the levels of complexity that Block 15 is known for. Crisp, refreshing, mildly tart, and drinkable at any level of experience, Spark is a great choice for anyone seeking a lower ABV beer.

Amplified Diesel - West Coast IPA

Released February 27th on draft at Block 15 locations

Put the hammer down on dank with Amplified Diesel, a WC IPA nitro-boosted with CTZ Cryo pellets and CTZ Salvo, Strata, Simcoe, and a special water adjustment designed to charge hard into our favorite hop characteristics --- Canni-Resin + Diesel.
