Each fall during the hop harvest, the Block 15 Team travels to Yakima in search of the finest hops. Through a blind process, we evaluate hops from multiple farms and regions, selecting the perfect representation of each variety for our programs, often bending what is commonly assumed about the varieties.

These 7.00% beers showcase their specific varietal throughout the brewing process, offering an intense perspective on how the hop interacts with different steps—a thorough look at this particular lot and varietal and what it contributes at each stage.

Citra

Brewed exclusively with Citra hops from Van Horn Farms in Moxee, Washington, the simple PNW-grain profile of this IPA allows Citra’s qualities to shine.

El Dorado

The straightforward grain bill lets El Dorado hops from CLS Farms in Moxee, Washington, take center stage, showcasing their distinctive character.

Mosaic

With Mosaic hops sourced from Jackson Hop Farms in Wilder, Idaho, this IPA’s clean malt backbone provides the perfect canvas for the hops’ bold profile.

Strata

Featuring Strata hops from Crosby Hop Farm in Woodburn, Oregon, this IPA’s restrained grain profile ensures the hops’ classic qualities remain front and center.
