UPCOMING PACKAGED RELEASES
Releasing Friday, 7/29
Dab Lab, Star Tropics: Hazy India Pale Ale// The Dab Lab series focuses on hop-forward ales brewed with a vibrant blend of hop extractions and varietals. Star Tropics balances resinous and juicy notes from some of our favorite hop varietals and pushes flavor into the realm of a tropical delight with a pillowy soft malt body.// 7.00% ABV
Takeaways: Tropical Fruit flavors and aromas shine in our most recent offering of The DAB Lab series which focuses on using alternative and experimental hop products
Releasing Friday, 7/29
Noble Intention: German-Style Gose// Brewed in the classic Gose tradition, Noble Intentions is a German inspired wheat beer brewed with a touch of coriander and sea salt, and matured in a large oak foudre with live lactobacillus. Gently tart and snappy, simply complex, crisp and satisfying.// 4.60% ABV
Takeaways: This was designed to fall inline with a more traditional Gose. Gentle acidity, balanced with salinity make this a low abv, refreshing beer perfect for a hot day.
UPCOMING DRAFT RELEASES
Releasing Friday, 7/29
SCIENCE!: West-Coast IPA// A classic west-coast IPA with Centennial, Chinook, citra and CTZ// 6.30% ABV
Takeaways: A classic west-coast (citra, chinook and centennial) with a modern twist thanks to the diacetyl-free yeast from Berkeley yeast labs. Pine resin, lilac floral, smooth tangarine. Not looking to reinvent the wheel, other than the yeast.

BREWS WITH BIGGER VIEWS - COMPANY NEWS
Given the success and great conversation that was generated by our June Pride Month talk in the Barrel room, we are looking to make these conversations a more regular thing. We will be hosting a talk in the barrel room on Friday, 7/29/2022 at 5:30pm. It will be an informal chat surrounding topics of Inclusivity in our work place - what do we do well, what are our blind spots, and what can we do to improve. You do not need to prepare anything, just come to the talk with an open heart! There will be beer and a few snacks. Please come join us!
PUB UPDATES
Mojito launching at the Pub this Friday! There will be modifier buttons if someone wants to do a Strawberry, Peach, Raspberry-Vanilla, or Passionfruit-Mango Mojito for no additional charge.
A Toast wifi booster has been added up by table 18 and should help with the handhelds randomly disconnecting in certain areas of the downstairs. We also moved one of the booster to right outside of the employee door to help with the handheld connection in the outside sections. If we are still experiencing issues with the wifi dropping for the handhelds, please let Goody know!
