ANY PHISH FANS OUT THERE?
Next weekend OSU is hosting the first Phish Studies academic conference! We will be pouring our beer (Fluffhead and Mango Song, duh!) on Friday, May 17th at opening reception for the Below the Moss Forgotten Museum Exhibit, and also on Saturday, May 18th at the sneak peak of the movie We’ve Got it Simple!

NEW STAFF MEMBERS
Kevin Samuelson will be joining us as our Digital Media & Communication Specialist. Starting next Monday, Kevin will be working with Seth and assisting with the web site, photography, social media, design, etc.
Make sure to give him a warm Block 15 welcome!

SPRING MENU CHANGES
It’s that time of year - spring menu changes are here!
The below items are new and replacing current items:
Strawberry Fields Salad (replaces Greens and Grains)
Fresh greens tossed in poppy-seed vinaigrette and topped with sliced local strawberries & radishes, smoky bacon,quinoa and feta cheese. Served with garlic bread. $11.99Wild Albacore Tuna Sandwich (replaces Meatloaf Sandwich)
Pacific NW flaked wild albacore tuna, dressed with lemon vinaigrette and served on house baked ale bread with lettuce, tomato, artichoke hearts and mayo. Full $13.49 / Half $8.99
Chicken portioning is changing as well. We will now only have one size of grilled or smoked chicken available. Static items that come with chicken OR items that have chicken added to them will now be 3.5oz. Additionally, chopped pork as an add on will also be 3.5oz and chicken tenders as an add on will be 1 piece.
Another change is that our sandwiches/burgers will all come with plain fries as the standard. Upgrade options are now as follows:
Upgrade to a side salad or a cup of soup ($1.00)
Fries can be upgraded to Sweet Potato Fries ($1.75), Garlic & Parmesan Fries ($.50), Rosemary & Sea Salt Fries ($.25), or Cajun Fries ($.25)

BEHIND THE BAR CHANGES
We will be replacing the 2013 3 Fools Sangiovese with a Cab Sauv/Sangio blend also from 3 Fools!
2017 Super Fool / Rogue Valley Super Tuscan style Red Blend (60% Cabernet Sauvignon:40% Sangiovese) / 13.3% ABV
The Super Fool is a medium bodied fruit forward blend which shows fresh berry flavors and aromas with balanced acid and tannin to keep it light and drinkable.
