SPRING MENU CHANGES
Since some of the spring menu changes are pretty new and different, the below information is getting left on the brewsletter for one more week for reiteration and reference!
Chicken portioning has changed. We will now only have one size of grilled or smoked chicken available. Static items that come with chicken OR items that have chicken added to them will now be 3.5oz. Additionally, chopped pork as an add on will also be 3.5oz and chicken tenders as an add on will be 1 piece.
Another change is that our sandwiches/burgers will all come with plain fries as the standard. Upgrade options are now as follows:
Upgrade to a side salad or a cup of soup ($1.00)
Fries can be upgraded to Sweet Potato Fries ($1.75), Garlic & Parmesan Fries ($.50), Rosemary & Sea Salt Fries ($.25), or Cajun Fries ($.25)

Garrison’s Cajun chicken sandwich with creamy slaw and spicy mayo, paired with Maibock
PROCEDURE CHANGES
There will now be a dishwasher shift-change list that will live somewhere in the dishpit. These tasks will need to get completed at every shift change, and make sure you fill out the list! The new list can be found here so you can familiarize yourself with it.
