*As with most of our releases, the cans will initially be available on Saturday via the Drive-Thru Sale, and then available at the Tap Room and Pub thereafter! Draft offerings will always go live the Friday before.
Releasing Saturday, 12/12
Fresh Pow // IPA // A wintry IPA featuring a soft malt base beneath an avalanche of resinous, citrusy, and tropical hop varietals. Label artwork featuring Chris Herbst of Ashland’s Flow Factory NW, Fresh Pow is brewed often, canned fresh, and ready to shred at the finest bottle shops, beer bars, and markets around the Pacific Northwest all throughout winter. // 7% ABV // $3.35/16oz can
Sticky Hands, High 5 // Hop Experience Ale // Intertwining our current five favorite hop varietals with our custom sticky co2 extraction, high 5 is an absolute all-star. This Hop Experience Ale features notes of tropical fruit, citrus and pine resin by utilizing citra, azacca, strata, galaxy and talus hops. A generous portion of flaked oats softens the mouthfeel on this legendary Sticky Hands. // 8.1% ABV // $4.60/16oz can
Charlie's Delights, Jingle Juice // Overly Fruited Wit Style Ale // Years after taking over Wonka’s factory, Charlie began brewing the most scrumdiddlyumptious creations using unique techniques and abundant additions of fruity ingredients. What will Charlie create next? Jingle Juice is a holiday punch cocktail of cranberry, pomegranate, orange and pineapple ladled into a zippy base witbier. // 6% ABV // $5.10/16oz can
Hypnosis // Barleywine Matured in Congac Barrels // Brewed with specialty English malt, this rustic barleywine was matured for 12 months in freshly-emptied French cognac barrels, imparting an entrancing complexity that features notes of plum, caramel, Red Flame raisins, marzipan, orange marmalade, and a whisper of barrel character. // 12.5% // $11.50/500mL bottle
GENERAL UPDATES
Starting the end of next week, we will be shifting our POS system to Toast! This is a fairly common system that is used by a number of restaurants, and it’s biggest benefit is it has a super intuitive online table ordering system!!!! The shift should happen next Thursday, December 17th. Thank you in advance for your flexibility in rolling out this new system - it should make a huge difference in the long run!
Another note on Hard Cider - we can offer crowlers of it to customers! The one very important caveat is that the crowlers have to be filled by winery/brewery staff. So they will be pre-filled and available to sell - if we run out at a location, we will be out until the winery staff has filled more.

CAMERON MERRILL’S LEGACY
Cameron Merrill's Legacy supports families experiencing a medical crisis with a child via a variety of ways, including local blood drives, Cameron's Big Bag program, providing toiletries and clothing to families staying with their children in the hospital, and direct support to Doernbecher and Randall Children's Hospitals. In Cameron's name, the Legacy also provides support to Candlelighters for Kids With Cancer and The Sparrow Club.
Even though this year has been a lot, we are still going to continue our tradition of the Toy Drive! We can accept NEW and UNWRAPPED toys at any of our locations!
Doernbecher’s Children’s Hospital has also provided a list of items they specifically need. We also have the link to their Amazon Wish List, which will be a great tool for folks who aren't comfortable going out shopping. Amazon will deliver the items directly to Doernbecher, which also helps take the load off of us!
