Prickle - Oud Bruin with Blackberries and Raspberries

A complex Oud Bruin aged for 5 years in white oak barrels and conditioned on blackberries and raspberries. Tart yet balanced, with notes of dark fruit, vanilla, and wild funk. The extended aging creates extraordinary depth and a refreshingly dry finish. A celebration of brewing patience rewarded.
