UPCOMING PACKAGED RELEASES
Releasing Friday, 7/15
Sticky Hands, Crosby Cuts: India Pale Ale// Featuring all salmon-safe hop varietals grown at nearby Crosby Farms, Crosby Cuts is a hop experience raised close to home. The selected hops are some of the most expressive varietals harvested from the Crosby fields, and notably different than other growing regions. Amarillo, Chinook and el Dorado hops pair together to deliver this piney, citrusy ale that is bolstered by salmon-safe malts from Mainstem Malt and Skagit Valley Malting. a sustainable representation of the best of the pacific northwest.// 8.10% ABV
Takeaways:
100% Salmon Safe
Salmon Safe is an organization that encourages farming practices that protect water quality, maintain watershed health and restore habitat through a certification program.
This means: conscientious water usage, strict pesticide controls and preventing soil erosion in sensitive areas.
Releasing Friday, 7/15
Cassidy: Wild Ale with Flowers// Inspired by my daughter, this wild farmhouse ale was matured in Sauternes wine barrels with brettanomyces and then conditioned on spring flowers just before packaging. Cassidy is brewed each spring, bottled the following spring with honey from her Grandpa’s bee hive, and released around her birthday. Each bottle contains a portion of all previous years' blends. This bottle-conditioned ale is delightful fresh, and it will evolve beautifully as it ages alongside Cassidy.// 8.70% ABV
Takeaways:
Warm reddish gold from malt bill and wildflower additions. Fruity wild backbone strengthened by hibiscus and combines to create a mix of candy strawberry and Meyer lemon zest. The addition of violets backs up gentle Sauternes barrel character, and an earthy, spicy hop nose is complemented by rose petals and estate honey used in bottle conditioning.

Friday/Saturday 11:30am - 10pm
Sunday 11:30am - 9pm
The Oregon22 Track and Field Championships will be held in Eugene from July 15th through the 24th. While this is an out of town event, we do anticipate seeing a good amount of folks traveling and likely making their way up to Corvallis! It’s going to be busy!
For the time being because of crazy avocado prices, we will be halting the use of guacamole at the Tap Room and adding avocado as an option at both locations. We will keep the crema and avocados for the Z.A.T at this time.
We now have a designated procedure and button for Vegan Enchiladas! The difference is holding both cheese and the crema and adding vegan cheddar and corn & bean salsa. The button for this is under “enchilada mods”

PUB UPDATES
We are no longer wiping menus down after every use. Instead, all menus will be sanitized twice a day as part of the Host side work & shift change (once by the AM Host at 4pm and again by the PM Host after they have been phased). It will be super important for us all (bartenders, hosts, servers, food runners) to double check the cleanliness of menus before putting them back into rotation or before handing them off to customers. No one likes random food in their menus! Servers, feel free to keep a stack of beer menus at the upstairs and back server stations to put back on tables once they have been cleaned–this is how we let our hosts know that a table is clean and ready to be sat again.
On the topic of lists–here is a quick reminder to make sure that all lists and side work have been completed or delegated before clocking off. Items should be initialized when they have been completed, rather than just checked off. A lot of time has been put into creating these lists to help share the work and duties, so take care of your coworkers by ensuring that these are complete. Lack of completion or not signing off on items could lead to a write-up (but no one wants that to happen!).
