PUB UPDATES

  • The Pub hours will be changing starting this Friday, June 4th. We will be open from 11:30am to 11pm daily.

  • Also starting this Friday, we will be moving Take-Out from the Caves space back over to the Pub. With this change, it will be extra important to communicate properly with our guests and continue to use the "Schedule" function when taking to-go orders over the phone. This function helps to protect the flow of tickets coming to the line and is a great way to ensure that we are able to get orders out in a timely manner. If you aren't familiar with scheduling call-in to-go orders, please check in with a manager. To keep this space neat and tidy, we will be coming up with a list of projects and tasks to be completed which will be communicated by the floor managers.

  • With the increase in indoor capacity and the outside Corral expanding in the coming weeks, we have made some adjustments to the maximum numbers of reservations that we can take per hour. Our system will now allow a maximum of (1) reservation per 15-minute time period (4 reservations per hour). Please see a manager if you have any questions!

  • We should be watering all outside plants 2x a day when the temperature is 80 degrees or higher (this includes the small potted plants in the Corral which should get about 1 1/2 water cups per pot both before opening and once the sun goes down). Some new barrel planters will be arriving once we modify the Corral and those will be watered by our drip system that we use for the hanging baskets but should still be checked on hot days to ensure that the soil is not too dry.

TAP ROOM UPDATES

  • It has been added to the opening list to water the potted plants on the Patio, as well as the plants in the entryway, but please feel free to put some water on them if you notice they’re looking parched!

  • For FOH’ers, make sure you stick to the floor role you’re in, and if you do decide to step out of it, communicate that with your other staff working so a job doesn’t get left undone!

STAFF UPDATES

WELCOME!

Welcome to John Mondragon, who joins us at the Pub as a Dishwasher!
