UPCOMING PACKAGED RELEASES

Releasing Friday, 2/18

  • Selection Series, Amarillo: Inda Pale Ale // This IPA was brewed exclusively with Amarillo hops from Virgil Gamche Farms in Toppenish, WA. With an unobtrusive grist profile and soft water base as the canvas, this beer is meant for Amarillo’s vibrant notes of orange marmalade, lychee and pine to shine.

    // 7.00% ABV / 16oz can

Releasing Friday, 2/18

  • The Prophecies: Belgian-Style Quadrupel //Inspired by one of our favorite beers brewed in the Ardennes Mountains, this strong ale was brewed in the shadow of the Cascade Mountain range with European specialty malts and dark Belgian candi sugar—a rich blend that hints at dark fruit and Dutch cocoa with a balanced, warming finish.

    // 10.25% ABV / 16oz can

BEER EDUCATION

For those interested in learning more about different beer styles, but don’t feel like sticking your nose in a book, we have a solution! Chris Leguizamon, the Education Program Manager at San Diego’s Pure Project has created a virtual book club that dives into beer styles and history. He has posted chapters from Jeff Alworth’s “Beer Bible” for your viewing and tasting pleasure. Check it out!

TAP ROOM UPDATES

  • Let’s make sure that we are letting people know what our soups/specials are when we are seating them. We put a lot of effort into these specials and we want to make sure people know what we have!

PUB UPDATES

  • Now that bar stools have returned, let’s focus on providing the best service and experience that we can for those choosing to sit at the bar! Remember to engage in conversation, regularly check-in, and meet service expectations for these guests. Whether you are bartending, bar-backing, or just popping behind the bar to pour a quick beer, please keep these things in mind. Y’all are the best!
