This Friday and Saturday, the Oregon Brewers Guild is celebrating their first annual Pint Days, raising money for a newly established “Mashing Barriers” internship program. The program was created to help underserved individuals gain access to careers within the Oregon brewing industry.

TAP ROOM UPDATES
Everyone did an awesome job last week with Take-Out orders. Let’s keep it up again this week.
We are all amazing servers out here and just because we use the QR system, we should still be giving people exceptional service at all times. We can hit every single table for check-ins and pre-bussing. Show off your skills and knowledge!
Cellar Release for Tuesday, 12/14
2018 Figgy Pudding (Only one next week so we can push through some of our other bottles)
PUB UPDATES
Alicia and Kelly’s reviews are coming up! Please take a moment to share some peer feedback—your feedback is very important! https://block15.wufoo.com/forms/manager-feedback-form
As we discussed in our FOH meetings a month or so ago, we are focusing on dropping packaged beer/dessert menus at your three minute food check-in. Please take this week to try to hit that mark with every table that you have that is drinking beer. Another great way to hit this goal is offering packaged beer when you are getting ready to cash out the guest (when you ask if folks would like any coffee or dessert).

THE PEOPLE’S PINT
Cameron Merrill's Legacy Toy Drive!
Toy Drive: Starting December 1st, bring new and unwrapped toys to both Block 15 locations, and we will donate them to brave patients during the holiday season. The donations will end on the 20th so that we can get the toys to the kiddos at the Doernbecher and Randall Children's Hospital!
About: Cameron Merrill's Legacy supports families experiencing a medical crisis with a child in various ways, including local blood drives, Cameron's Big Bag program, providing toiletries and clothing to families staying with their children in the hospital, and direct support to Doernbecher and Randall Children's Hospitals. In Cameron's name, the Legacy also supports Candlelighters for Kids With Cancer and The Sparrow Club.
DINE OUT INFORMATION
Cameron Merrill's Legacy // December 14th
Cameron Merrill passed away from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2013, at the young age of 2 years and 4 months old. In response to this devastating loss, his family established Cameron Merrill's Legacy to support children with serious illnesses and their families. By gathering toys for these children, they hope to bring joy during very difficult times, while showing their families community support. The part of the proceeds for this Dine Out will go to Cameron Merrill’s Legacy.
