UPCOMING PACKAGED RELEASES
Releasing Friday, 12/3
Consortium HBC 630 + Mosaic// Consortium partners two hop varieties to create a special sensory experience that showcases the special pairing. Each hop is thoughtfully selected for both it’s individual characteristics and how it blends with a partner hop. Consortium unites tropical, berry notes of Mosaic with the creamy, fruity character of HBC 630 hops. The complimentary hop-forward profile is then balanced out with flaked oats for a silky mouthfeel and satisfying finish.
// 6.30% ABV / 16oz Cans / $4.50 plus deposit
Willa// This rustic red farmhouse ale is brewed and blended annually, solera-style, to celebrate my daughter Willa’s birthday. A portion of past year's blends is added to the current offering for maturation in oak barrels, then bottle-conditioned with honey from her Grandpa's bee hive. Bright, lively, and complex, Willa is ready to enjoy now and will also mature gracefully for years to come.
// 9.00% ABV / 750ml Bottles /
Maltster Series - Best Bitter// Brewed with a duo of base malts grown and malted in eastern Oregon, Best Bitter pours crisp, golden pint featuring moderate sweetness, low hop aromatics, and a bitter finish. By focusing on two thoughtful selected malt base malts, this traditional English style bitter ale showcases a darker color profile and richer, biscuity character that lets the malt shine.
// 4.30% ABV / 16oz Cans / $3.00 plus deposit

TAP ROOM UPDATES
We’re doing an extra focus this week on take-out orders across the board. We want these to be ready as close to the targeted time as possible. If we are not able to meet the targeted time, it needs to be communicated as soon as possible so that we can call and let our guests know we are running a bit behind. FOH friends- just like with everything that comes out of our window, these boxes should be double checked before being bagged, not only to ensure each item is accounted for, but also to check that the quality/presentation is up to B15 standards and our guests are taking home the bombest product possible.

DINE OUT INFORMATION
Cameron Merrill's Legacy // December 14th
Cameron Merrill passed away from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2013, at the young age of 2 years and 4 months old. In response to this devastating loss, his family established Cameron Merrill's Legacy to support children with serious illnesses and their families. By gathering toys for these children, they hope to bring joy during very difficult times, while showing their families community support. The part of the proceeds for this Dine Out will go to Cameron Merrill’s Legacy.
