PUB UPDATES
We recently installed another printer at the upstairs server station to help with flow when you need to print a guest check, or offer a printed check to a customer. There is a designated hand held that is connected to this specific printer (says “up” on the label on the front of the hand held) so please make sure that this device is available to the server scheduled upstairs.
A few more to-go cocktail options have been added to our line-up! In addition to the Back Porch Lemonade, guests can now get a Marionberry Margarita, regular Margarita, or the Pollinator to go! Remember, up to two flasks may be ordered with the purchase of an entreé--this is an OLCC policy.
We are on our last few bottles of the 3 Fools Super Fool and will be switching to the 3 Fools Grenache once we run out. Please keep your eyes peeled for this change by checking your pre-shift check-in boards in the breakroom and kitchen.
TAP ROOM UPDATES
We are almost through our last keg of Compton Pinot Gris. But fret not...We will be switching over to Left Coast Pinot Gris! They are super awesome and local people and make damn good wine as well. The tentative date for launch is Friday, but we will run through the rest of our Compton Pinot Gris before we make the switch over. Pinot Noir will stay the same for the time being. You can read more about Left Coast Estate HERE!
A quick reminder to make sure we are unplugging/turning off the heaters when guests are no longer at those tables.
There are a few extra propane tanks in the Kitchen area of the patio so we don’t have to go to the cage everytime we need to change one out. They have their own chain and lock so please make sure that they are secure at the end of the night as well as the propane heaters.
If there are any left over chicken wings on Monday or Tuesday, we will continue to run those as a special until they run out and then start again on Friday!
