Veterans’ Day is around the corner, and we would like to feature one or more of our current employees who are veterans themselves. If you are a veteran and are open to sharing your story of service to our country and being featured in our Veterans’ Day social media post, please send an email to kelsea@block15.com.
PUB UPDATES
Downtown Trick or Treating is a go this year! This Friday (10/29) kiddos will be dressed up and Trick or Treat-ing at downtown businesses from 1-5 pm. We will have candy at the hoststand for all of the cute ghosts and ghouls!
Some Caves cleaning duties have been added to the Host/Food Runner check-out list! AM Hosts on these days will clean the bathrooms on Mondays, sweep the main dining area and bathrooms on Tuesdays, mop the main dining area and bathrooms on Wednesdays, and then help with general cleaning/organizing tasks on Thursdays. Please feel free to check in with a manager if you have any questions!
Mother Culture Jun is closing their doors, so we will no longer carry their Jun. What we have in stock is the rest of what we have available. Best of luck to the wonderful folks over there in whatever new adventures they have!
TAP ROOM UPDATES
Starting next week (11/1), we will only be serving chicken wings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They are delicious/sell like hotcakes and we want to be consistent in having them available.for our customers.
In a few weeks, we will be bringing back bread bowls for a few of our soups!
Starting 11/1 hours will change to
Mon-Thurs 3-8
Fri-Sat 11:30-9
Sunday 11:30-8

CMRU: Corvallis Mountain Rescue Unit (CMRU) offers assistance, without charge, for search and rescue in difficult areas and high-angle terrain. Skilled CMRU volunteers with mountaineering experience, trained in the many facets of technical alpine search and rescue, are available around the clock.
CCOC: Corvallis Climbers of Color (CCOC) is an organization rooted in creating access and community within climbing and the outdoors for BIPOC in Corvallis and the PNW

About: Our mission is to help people through hardship, engaging the community to build resilience and improve wellbeing.
Our services include: a free thrift store where people can shop for clothes, household goods, and food; emergency financial assistance for utilities/rent; community clothes closets, and seasonal giveaways like our Back-to-School and Giving Tree programs. We recycle items that can't be given away.
