MARKETING UPDATES

*The marketing squad has a lot of really cool things in the works right now, and we want you to be informed as things start to roll out to the public. Starting today, we will be adding this marketing section to the weekly Brewsletter with some details on key stories and topics we're stoked to talk about in the days ahead.*

CHARLIE’S DELIGHTS, PEACHES & DREAMS

Dropping this Saturday at the Tap Room is the 3rd offering of Charlie’s Delights. Peaches and Dreams is packed with peaches, apricots, tangerines, vanilla beans, and milk sugar. This one is sure to be popular as we hang on to the last warm days of the season.

ABV: 5% // Price: $5.00, plus deposit // Format: 16oz can

CHARLIE’S GOLDEN TICKET GIVEAWAY

Coinciding with the latest release of Charlie’s Delights, we are hiding Golden Tickets in 4-packs sold at the Tap Room. There will only be 5 Golden Tickets out there, so people will have to be on the lookout. Lucky winners will receive instructions to choose from a variety of prizes offered…all in addition to their delicious 4-pack of Peaches and Dreams!

FRESH CATCH DRY-HOPPED PALE

Fresh hop season is here! We rolled up to our friends at Crosby Hop Farm and swooped up some ridiculously fresh Strata hops for this year’s version.

About Fresh Catch:

A fresh-hopped pale ale brewed with Willamette Valley strata fresh hops that we picked up at the hop farm hours before adding them to a custom “hop back” tank, which we pumped hot wort through on its way to the fermenter, extracting vibrant notes of tropical fruit, ripe citrus, and fresh berries.

Tasting Notes: Berry, Citrus rind, Mango, Fresh-cut grass // Hops: Fresh Willamette Valley Strata // Grains: 2-Row, Best Ale, Crystal Light, Dextrin, C-35 // Yeast: American Ale // ABV: 5.75% // Availability: OR & WA // Format: 16oz can, Draft

DOWNTOWN UPDATES

  • We have switched to Q Tonic! There is an up charge for it, but it is a higher quality product. 

  • Caves will be using rolled silverware for dinner now! #fancyAF 

  • In the next couple of weeks at the Pub, we will be running out of the 3 Fools Cab Franc and switching to the 3 Fools Grenache. 

TAKE-OUT & DELIVERY UPDATES

  • We are going to wait one more week to start the Take-Out/Delivery Brunch, just an FYI! We want to make sure we’re fully prepared for all those stay at home brunchers and give them the best experience possible! It should be good to go next weekend (Oct. 3 & 4).

  • Frose is baaaaaack! Also, Charlie’s Delights slushy will be back for a few, be on the look out for a new flavor!

  • Here is a quick breakdown of who does what manager-wise at the Tap Room, so if you ever field questions you know who to direct them to!

THE PEOPLE’S PINT

October’s People’s Pint will benefit Corvallis Mountain Rescue Unit!

  • Corvallis Mountain Rescue Unit (CMRU) offers assistance, without charge, for search and rescue in difficult areas and high-angle terrain. Skilled CMRU volunteers with mountaineering experience, trained in the many facets of technical alpine search and rescue, are available around the clock.
