Nagoya Nights

8.80% ABV • Russian Imperial Stout with Okinawan Kokuto

To mark hosting Y. Market Brewing for the Fuji to Hood festival, we brewed a Russian Imperial Stout layered with a broad mix of specialty malts and Okinawan Kokuto, a raw whole cane sugar rich in natural molasses, nutrients, and color. Its deep malt character and unrefined sugar deliver rich, velvety notes of espresso, dark caramel, and sweetened condensed milk. We’re honored to have created a second beer with our friends from Nagoya, Japan, while they were in town.
