Bottles will be available for sale at each of our locations starting on Saturday, November 2nd. Limits will be in effect, and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Imagine 2024

Belgian-Style Imperial Stout Matured in Bourbon Barrels • 14.00%

A blend of Belgian-inspired imperial stouts matured for one and two years in freshly-emptied Willett bourbon barrels. Deep, dark, and decadent, our strongest offering blended once a year.

Imagine: Stroopwafel

Belgian-Style Imperial Stout Matured in Bourbon Barrels with Stroopwafels • 14.00%

A limited blend of Belgian-inspired imperial Stouts aged in Willett Bourbon Barrels and conditioned on stroopwafels from our bakery, adding decadent caramel, waffle cone, and cinnamon notes.

Figgy Pudding 2024

English-style Barleywine ale matured in Brandy Barrels with Spice • 13.10%

Our yearly holiday offering is brewed with specialty malts and brown sugar, steeped with cloves, nutmeg, and fig, and matured in freshly emptied brandy barrels. The perfect beer to share with friends and family around a cozy fireplace.

Willa 2024

Red Farmhouse Ale Matured in Red Wine Barrels • 8.00%

Blended each year in celebration of our found brewers' daughters' birth. A solera-style blending of red wine barrel matured farmhouse ales each year contains a portion of prior vintages dating back to 2017. Lively, bright, and complex, this beer is almost as unique as Willa herself.

Brewers Dinner

When: November 1st, 2024 at 6pm

Tickets: $160 SOLD OUT

Where: Block 15’s Downtown Pub, 300 SW Jefferson Ave, Corvallis, OR 97333

Be the first to receive these limited-run bottles before they’re available to the public. You’ll have a guaranteed allotment and learn from our Head Brewer, Garrison, about how the beers were made. The dinner will consist of a 4-course meal paired with each bottle release, with a menu curated by our Executive Chef, Sarah.

Ticket includes:

Four-course paired dinner hosted by our brewery
Four five-ounce pours of the release beers + a welcome beer
Four release beers plus a brewer's pick from the cellar (5 total beers)

Guided PairingS

When: November 2nd, 2024 from 11 am - 2 pm in time slots

Join us for a Guided Pairing event at Block 15's Southtown Tap Room & Brewery on Saturday, November 2nd, from 11 am - 2 pm, highlighting the limited release of 2024 Imagine, Imagine: Stroopwafel, Figgy Pudding, and Willa. During this guided experience, you’ll learn about how the beers were made from our brewery staff while enjoying thoughtful pairings to enhance the tasting notes of each beer. Our Executive Chef Sarah and her team have crafted these small bites to offer a unique sensory experience.

With the purchase of a ticket to the Guided Pairing event, you can secure bottles of our Late Fall Release beers in advance through a pre-order shop link. Limits apply.
