RESILIENCE IPA

Resilience IPA went on tap yesterday, and we will be donating 100% of it’s sales to the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Relief Fund to support those impacted by the Camp Fire. We joined Sierra Nevada and independent breweries around the country in supporting the Butte County community by brewing Resilience. Sierra Nevada has put together a cool interactive map showing all the different breweries/tap houses participating! NPR chatted with Sierra Nevada’s CEO Ken Grossman about the program, and you can listen to that interview here.

Our beer was recently given some love by both the Oregonian (in their Civil War Battle of the Breweries article) and famed beer writer Jeff Alworth (in his Best of 2018 article). Check out both writeups to see how well our beer is being received out in the wild! (They’re short reads, so you’ll only have to invest a few minutes total.)

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

  • Only drop pasta in water until JUST hot. We want the pasta to hold its structure. With simmering pasta water, pasta only needs 45 seconds

  • Drop 1 portion of Radiatore into pasta water. DO RIGHT BEFORE SELLING TICKET

  • Deck Brush

  • Long hose from the top of the stairs
