More details to come next week!

GENERAL

  • Flicker pins for beer education - Go see Ted at a tasting to get one!

  • You all have been so wonderful and helpful when it comes to covering each other's shifts and moving things around to accommodate, but it's still important to remember a key few pieces when making scheduling adjustments. Illnesses and emergencies (whether they be personal, or family) are special circumstances and don’t always fall within these guidelines, so if you are sick or have an emergency, please call the location that you are scheduled at and the manager will help to find that coverage.

    • If it's coverage that needs to happen with less than 24 hours notice, please call the location that you will be working at first thing in the morning to get the swap(s) approved by the manager working that day. Please do not call or text the manager the night before or during hours when they are not scheduled to be working.

    • Please be mindful and respectful of when a co-worker does say no to shift swapping and coverage. We all love helping as often as we can, and you all are a fantastic team that does so much for each other, so it's important to hear each other when someone says no--for whatever reason.

    • Any shift swaps, changes, or moves need to be approved by a manager, even if the shift is just changing by a few hours.

    • If coverage is unable to happen, the shift is still the responsibility of the person releasing it.

New merch update!

MENU UPDATE

Friday we will officially replace the Strawberry Bell with our S’mores Cheesecake! This will be released at both locations.

  • Decadent chocolate cheesecake in a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with house marshmallow topping, toasted to perfection. $8

PUB UPDATES

  • We are in the middle of a big cocktail change! Mojitos will be going away this Friday and will be replaced by the Back Porch Lemonade. The Peachy Keen will also be falling off on or around Friday and will be replaced by the Currant Mood (Bourbon, Clear Creek Cassis, Q Ginger Beer, lemon, honey). We are on the last little bit of the Pistachio Orgeat, so the Zigazig Ah! will be going away once we run through that.

  • With student move-in for OSU this weekend, we will be running a limited menu to  ease up stress on the line and in prep, as well as consolidate the specials onto a static menu so we can remove the table tents all together!

    • We will remove Salmon Mousse, Hummus Platter, Fish and Fries.

    • We will add a Kimchi Rice bowl (similar to our old Korean Rice Bowl and then this will stay on the menu as a new entree item!) and a badass sandwich special!

    • The plan is to run this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Even with the limited menu, I still want to make sure that we are being ultra diligent with 86'ing items whether that is because we are truly out, or we need to lighten a station for an hour or 2. I Think this menu both content wise, and consolidating everything to one sheet should make for a very successful BUSY weekend! Go team!

TAP ROOM UPDATES

  • Get ready to get your Smores on! On October 1st and 2nd, we will be doing Camp 15 at the Tap Room! We will have awesome live music, yard games, food specials, raffle prizes, and of course, a fire pit to roast smores over! Stay tuned next week for more info!

    1. Our 2 towns options will be switching up again next friday(9/23).  We will have Made Marion replacing Suns Out Saison and SeekOut, Black Currant + Pomegranate replacing Apricot Mango.
