Releasing Friday, 9/2
The Dab LAB: Northern Lights// This Washington exclusive features kettle additions of CTZ, chinook, and centennial hops along with a simcoe CO2 extract and an early fermenter dab of Sultana hop oil. Then its double dry hopped with mosaic, simcoe, and mosaic lupomax pellets. An absolute heater of an IPA pushing hop saturation boundaries with layer upon layer of sticky, pungent, NW hops// 7.00% ABV
Takeaways: Pushing the limits on how we use advanced hop products, Sultana CO2 extract pitched during primary fermentation to drive a sharper hop flavor. You will find this exclusively in Block 15 and Washington locations.

Fresh Hop Season - If you head to the Tap Room today… you may smell the fresh hops! We received our first fresh hop pick this season! Take a look at what it looks like in production!
PUB UPDATES
Now that all of the pesky little leaves are falling, let’s make sure that we are super thorough in our leaf blowing every single morning. The fewer leaves that are on our sidewalks and in the Corral means fewer leaves to have to hokey every day!

Kailey Flather - For her infectious smile and laugh. For her incredible work ethic and the fact that she is so eager to learn all aspects of Block 15 and wants to do whatever she can to help. For the fact that she is just an awesome co-worker and kills it when it comes to her teamwork mentality. She's bomb!
Spencer (distro) - Spencer has the biggest smile and the best stories! Always polite and friendly, and very considerate of others.
Kailey - She has an amazingly positive attitude, funky vibes and always makes us laugh. The kitchen loves to see her it brightens our day!
Nicole Haye - For being the best baker and partner in the entire world.
Brana - She is such a hard worker at the taproom, and whenever she’s working, I don’t have to worry about anything I know she can handle everything and is just a super strong leader! I love working with Brana!!
Brana - Brana is such a wonderful person and is always so hardworking whenever I work with her! I love watching her interact with guests and she is always on time, ready to go, and is great at dealing with rushes. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion!
Makayla - She was the only one to do the monthly cleaning list for a few weeks straight at the taproom and always has a super positive attitude and is enthusiastic about being at work, and it is greatly appreciated!!
Kelsey Engebo - Super positive whenever I run into Kelsey! Stoked he’s on our team!
J Pascoe - High Five for all J’s work in getting a Pink Boots Willamette Valley Chapter up and running! Way to be part of the community!

Mary’s Peak Search and Rescue Inc. (MPSAR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated with the state of Oregon. MPSAR provides search and rescue assistance for people who are lost out of doors. Specifically providing assistance to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office and other official agencies in charge of search and rescue missions throughout Oregon.
