UPCOMING PACKAGED RELEASES
Releasing Friday, 5/6
Fresh Flow: India Pale Ale// A summertime IPA featuring a soft malt base beneath a tidal wave of exotic tropical and juicy citrus hop varietals. Featuring label artwork by Chris Herbst of Ashland’s Flow Factory NW, Fresh Flow is brewed often, canned fresh, and ready to float into the finest bottle shops, beer bars, and markets around the pacific northwest.
// 6.50% ABV / 16oz can
The Beer Walker: India Pale Ale// Our longtime friend Gary, also known as "The Beer Walker," was the first customer through our doors in 2008. A lover of crisp, hoppy beers, Gary often lets us know how he feels about the evolving IPA. Originally developed with his friend Kirk Studach for Gary's 75th birthday, we once again brewed this IPA to feature crisp malts and generous amounts of Simcoe, Strata, and Centennial hops - and there is certainly no damn lactose, Mosaic, or haze in this beer!
// 7.00% ABV / 16oz can
The DAB Lab, Desert High: India Pale Ale// Brewed with the High Desert in mind, this refreshing version of the DAB Lab Series features a base of central Oregon Mecca grade malt in combination with progressive hopping techniques. A dizzying blend of hop varieties and products- including CO2 extractions, lupulin powder, and traditional hops- contributes vibrant notes of tropical fruit, citrus, white wine grapes, and dank herbs. The DAB Lab series focuses on vibrant hop-forward ales that prominently feature hop extractions..
// 6.75% ABV / 16oz can
Nebula: Oat Stout// This American-Style out sout was brewed with rolled oats, English Maris Otter, and five different specialy dark malts, imparting rich and roasty notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and caramel that are softened by a smooth body and balanced finish.
// 6.00% ABV / 16oz can

TAP ROOM UPDATES
As the weather gets nicer, expect later rushes around the 7:00 hour. In the next few weeks we will be extending our hours to stay open later so get ready for lots of sunsets!
This week, we are putting an extra emphasis on hospitality in the line. When the line starts to build, and we have an available food runner/host, we want one of them to be jumping out with a handheld and blowing peoples minds with our hospitality game. We can answer any questions, offer to grab tasters, or just ring in drinks/food and either offer to bring them to the table, or have them wait for the drink pourer to make them depending on what is ordered. As soon as we work our way through the line, that person can jump back and help pour beers to get everything out. We have played around with this a bit and it works super well and I know you all have the skills to make it happen!
PUB UPDATES
Last week we focused on pre-bussing tables (whether they are your own or someone else’s) and saw some great improvement! Keep up the good work in ensuring that our guests have a great and comfortable experience! This week, we would like to continue to be mindful of organization and cleanliness of areas visible to customers (mainly the back server station). Please help to keep clipboards, personal belongings, drink cups and extra aprons off of the main counter and stashed below to keep that area looking nice.
As you are resetting tables downstairs in the carpeted areas (or when there is some down time between rushes) please take a moment to hokey the floors for any large debris or other crumbs to keep things looking tidier.
