DAB Lab, Southern Reach: India Pale Ale // Brewed with New Zealand Cascade, Motuere, Motueka and galaxy hops, this is a tropical beaut of a beer that balances out with dank resin. Pouring a moderate haze, this IPA also features terpenes from the our selected lot of NZ Cascade hops. Southern reach is a showcase of the finest ingredients from the far South Pacific.

Ridgeback Red: Red Ale // Ridgeback Red features a blend of rustic malts with zesty hops grown right here in the Pacific northwest. balancing flavors of caramel and toasted nuts with pine, lemon, and grapefruit hop character, It finishes delightfully crisp for a malt-forward beer.

New carrot cake bells are so good! ( we still have a few LP#9)
Try to push coconut panna cotta!
On days with super large parties we should be communicating with kitchen at least day of, if not before- so someone can come in early to get prep done
New table layout working well- table 15 is a little close to water station- maybe move the silverware/etc area over a bit
Make sure we’re emptying water station and cleaning area at close (now that it isn’t on the bar) and wiping down silverware station area at close (and throughout day)
Make sure we’re hitting the chairs when we turntables
Don’t send our lemonade pitchers to the kitchen- we should be washing those behind the bar
PUB UPDATES
Let’s be focusing in our check-ins on what our focus of the week is
Hokey rugs at close- and sweep the stairs if they need it
Make sure we’re hitting every item for taking out, especially slaw/lemon/tarter for fish, all sauces, etc
Goody will do a walkthrough this week to determine how many rugs we actually need from Alsco
Make sure we’re specific when naming employee tabs
Please don’t double stack dirty glasses/cups on the racks
Be aware of walking areas & organization

DINE OUT: May 17th with Soroptimist
A portion of the proceeds from Dine Out at Block 15 will be donated to Soroptimist International of the Americas, Albany (SIA). SIA is part of an international volunteer organization of professional women working to improve the lives of women and girls, in our local communities and throughout the world. Each year Soroptimist International of Albany raises funds to help give back to our community to assist women and families in our local communities when they need it most, no questions asked.
