TAP ROOM UPDATES

We are gradually working on adding tables in the grass area on the side of the building. Since the Barrel room is no longer available, This section is now going to be the 50s. It will consist of two regular size benches and two small benches. Check-in with your manager before your shift to make sure you are good to go on the new tables as they are put into service and make sure that we are checking in on them just as much as we do any of the other tables.

PUB UPDATES

  • Side Pull will officially launch this Friday, April 1st at the Pub! If you are someone who regularly pours beer, but has not been trained at the Tap Room on how to pour a Side Pull pint, please check in with a manager or Tap Room trained staff member first.

  • With the release of Sol Fresco this week, we will also be offering a Michelada (a slightly smoky and spicy tomato based beer cocktail) with Tajin rim. To step up our game a bit, there will also be the option to add a half shot of Mezcal to the Michelada. This will only be on the menu while we have Sol Fresco, so once the beer is gone, the cocktail will be too.

  • We will be serving Compton Pinot Gris until Lumos is able to keg more of their own Pinot Gris for our draught lines. Buttons are in at the Pub and tasting notes are posted on the whiteboard in the breakroom.
