Love Potion #9 // This sweet stout was brewed with a tantalizing blend of specialty dark malts and conditioned on chocolate and a delightfully tart combo of red and black raspberries. A most romantic concoction, Love Potion No. 9 balances rich malt and chocolate flavors with vibrant berry character.

GENERAL
For the release of Love Potion #9, we will be featuring a variation of our Coco Bell made with Love Potion instead of stout with raspberry in the filling and a touch of cayenne in the ganache to really set it off. Thanks, Scotty and Lindsey! We will likely have both the original and special variations through the weekend but make sure you check what is available when you come on shift!
TAP ROOM UPDATES
New Menu Item! We have a Buffalo Hot Dog replacing the pimento cheese hot dog at the taproom!
Snake River Kobe beef hot dog in a house baked bun topped with our beer blue cheese dressing, shredded cabbage, buffalo wing sauce and green onion. $12.99
PUB UPDATES
Over the next few months, we are going to feature some special one-off bottles of bourbon from the Caves stash as a fun and unique option for our whiskey and bourbon-loving guests. Our first selection will be the Michter's Kentucky Straight Rye (makes an AMAZING Manhattan, so be sure to suggest this one to our guests). Also, if someone is looking for a rye whiskey, this is a wonderful option! Here is some quick info about the Michter's Rye to wax poetic to your tables:
Michter’s Kentucky Straight Rye is made from select American rye grain that is sheared to maximize the extraction of flavor from the grain. Ideal neat or in cocktails, every bottle comes from a single barrel! Tasting notes include: Spice with peppery notes, citrus, butterscotch, and oak.
