BOTTLE BOX/FLAT BREAKDOWN
If you ever encounter a bottle box or flat and are wondering what to do with it, fear not! Here is a breakdown of…well…how to break them down!:
Cardboard Can Flats - Save = YES
Please recycle any flats that look subpar though. There is no need to try and reuse bad looking ones!
Bottle Boxes
Actual Bottle Boxes - Save = YES
Bottle Box Inserts - Save = YES
Don’t break the boxes down as they are going to get reused by the distro team!
We are still going to work on a process for where empties should be stored at each location until distro transfers them back to the tap room, so more information will come on that later!

Caves’ Monthly Tasting Series on Wednesday, February 13th will be with Belching Beaver Brewery. We'll be pouring standout beers from Belching Beaver paired with small plates from our kitchen.

Smoked beet Reuben sandwich with house sauerkraut, swiss cheese, spicy Russian dressing, and Block 15 pumpernickel bread.
Blood orange honey cake with blood orange curd, blood orange supremes, and candied blood orange.
