DECEMBER SPECIALS
Brewer’s Board - House made Carlton Farms and Pepper Tree Sausage pork terrine with apricot and pistachios, Piave Vecchio cheese, pink chard pickled egg, apricot-pepper jelly, marcona almonds and toasted artisan bread.
Apricot Chicken Sliders - 2 sliders of house fried chicken tenders tossed in apricot-pepper jelly, ham, house pickle, mayonnaise and Dijon, served on a toasted mini bun.
Festivus Burger - Oregon Natural beef and Carlton Farms bacon hand spanked together, then topped with Tillamook sharp white cheddar and grilled onions. Served with lettuce, tomato, cranberry ketchup and mayo on a freshly baked bun. Served with fries, salad, or soup.
Mushroom & Stout Beef Stroganoff - Stout braised Oregon Country beef chuck with The Mushroomery chanterelle, shitake & porcini mushrooms and sweet onions in a savory sour cream sauce and tossed with radiatore pasta. Served with toasted house baked garlic bread.

STAFF PROVISION
Thurs 12/5 - Haakan’s Fried Chorizo Burger - Chorizo and pork patty breaded in jalapeno chips and fried, with curtido, lettuce, tomato, and cilantro mayo on a toasted bun. Paired with Alpha IPA!
