Spooktober Spectacular! - Hosted By: Addison & Fabian fet. Mama Julia 

TLOF is hosting our FIRST monthly get together!

This will take place on Monday, October 28th in the barrel room at the Tap Room. Starting at 6pm, we will be hosting activities such as bobbing for apples, cornhole, and DRUMROLL PLEASE…a costume contest! The winner has a special surprise in store. Oh la la! 

We will also be popping open our November release bottles for anyone who attends so you can try them out!

So, come get spooky, snacks, and special beer!!!

The party ends at 9pm, but that doesn't mean we cant keep it going elsewhere!

HOLIDAY PARTY

Our Holiday Party date is finalized this year, and we’re changing it up a bit to be during the holidays!

The date is going to be Monday, December 2nd, and more details will be coming in the next few weeks, including the RSVP. Make sure to mark it on your calendars!

PUB HOURS CHANGE

The Pub is is going to adjust their hours a bit starting next Friday, October 18th - we will be closing at midnight on both Friday and Saturday (instead of 1 a.m.). Just an FYI!

October’s People’s Pint partner is Corvallis Mountain Rescue Unit (CMRU). The designated beer is Hopfen Pale at both the Pub and the Tap Room.

OCTOBER MONTHLY SPECIALS

  • Brewer’s Board / Handmade Pepper Tree Festival sausage, Willamette Valley Cheese Co.’s Boerenkaas (raw milk aged gouda) stone ground mustard, house sauerkraut, apple compote and house baked ale bread. 

  • Maple-Cider Glazed Meatballs / Carlton Farms Pork & Oregon Natural beef meatballs in a maple-apple cider glaze served over Denison Farms kabocha squash-apple puree.

  • El Padrino Sandwich / Grilled Pepper Tree chorizo and Oregon ham w/ roasted Peoria Farm markets sweet potatoes, melted muenster cheese, greens, cilantro mayo and jalapeno potato chips served on house baked ale bread. Served with your choice of side item.

  • Pork Wiener Schnitzel / Thinly pounded Carlton Farms pork cutlet, breaded and fried. Drizzled with butter pan sauce and served with apple compote and warm, house made German potato salad.

BEHIND THE BAR UPDATES

Both the Pub and Caves will be transitioning to using hay straws for cocktails specifically! These don’t break down as quickly as the paper straws, so guests can enjoy their beverages for longer.

These will be available mostly upon request, however on some specialty cocktails we may pre-straw. Just keep a lookout!

FALL MENU CHANGES

ROUND 1 - FRIDAY, OCTOBER 11th

  • Cherry Chipotle Brisket Sandwich - Oregon Country Beef brisket burnt ends, chipotle-cherry bbq sauce and pickled onions on a house baked bun. (Replaces Chipotle Tri-Tip Sandwich)

  • Oregon Tuna Melt - House made Oregon tuna salad, bourbon pickles, smoked mozzarella and a parmesan served on house baked artisan bread. (Replaces Oregon Bay Shrimp Melt)

  • Roasted Potatoes & Mushrooms - Roasted mascarpone potatoes & marinated local mushrooms w/ spinach and shallot vinaigrette. (Replaces Curry Roasted Cauliflower)

  • Board Items:

    • Willamette Valley Aged Gouda (Replaces Face Rock Cheddar)

    • Caves Summer Sausage (Replaces Country Pork Pate)

    • Cherry Mustard (Replaces Garlic-Truffle Confit)

NEW DESSERT

We are phasing out the s’mores blondie, and will be replacing it with a spiced cherry handpie starting this Saturday, 10/12!
