Amplified for the winter season, we have piled on the pow, showcasing one of our favorite New Zealand hops. Slide into a resinous, citrusy, and tropical hop avalanche with a pillowy, soft body.

Hops: Chinook, Strata CGX, CTZ Cryo, Apollo CO2 Extract, Apollo Salvo
Dry Hop: Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Sultana Lupulin
Grains: 2-row, Pure Idaho, Dextrapils, Oat, White Wheat, Munich
Brewed Fresh November through January
Forecast: Intense hop precipitation and deep flavor accumulation.
Buried to the windowsills in POW! Fluffy flakes of Strata CGX and Sultana Lupulin powder complement Nelson Sauvin and Apollo Salvo. The result is a storm of juicy passionfruit, lime, and mango to carry through the winter season.
