ALL: 

  • Thanks for kicking butt this past weekend! Everyone had great attitudes and did awesome, we really appreciate all your hard work!!!

  • Please make sure all water is turned off in the mop closet after each use.

  • The time deadline for online Keg/Corni orders has changed from 5pm to 2pm on Thursdays. Please make sure to let folks know!

  • FOCUS POINT:. Please use the order column on the whiteboard in the kitchen when you pull the last of something (FOH and BOH) bags, straws, raz van syrup, etc. so we get more ordered asap. Initial what you request so we can follow up if needed. Anyone can add stuff to that column.

FOH: 

  • We are now taking large party reservations on Fridays-Sundays for the Barrel Room ONLY (No outside seating requests). If people call, please still have them email taproom@block15.com at least 24 hours in advance. Double check with opening manager day of about any reservations. 

  • FOH must fully checkout BOH before leaving at night. Check-in with a lead or manager if you want a refresher on what all that entails

  • When restocking togo beer, only fill with full 4pks (NO Partials) and pull any partials to the front of the cooler.

  • Double check that a card actually preauthorized when swiping (if it wont then ask for a different card or cash out instead) Preauthorize the tab at the beginning before you have rung in a bunch of items to prevent people thinking they were charged twice.

  • FOCUS POINT: Creamer faucet awareness! With the release of Kumo coming up we want to make sure everyone is aware of how to use the special creamer head faucet. It is currently in use with Blue Truck. Check in with a manager if you have any questions.

BOH:

  • BOH folks cannot leave after closing until they have been fully checked out by FOH. 

  • FOCUS POINT: Beef Awareness! Make sure to mix beef thoroughly before spanking. Pull more beef from the freezer when there are less than 6 chubs. Spank 15lbs at a time no less.
