ALL: 

  • We no longer have a sandwich on artisan bread. We will try to keep some in the freezer depending but will not be baking any specifically for the taproom. Please verify with the customer/kitchen what they want/what is available when a Blt or adult grilled cheese is ordered.

  • We are launching Carrot Cake Bells this Friday! This is replacing the Cuatro Leches cake.

  • Still using cans of soda water for now for drinks!

  • FOCUS POINT: Everybody Love Everybody! Stay positive, give a compliment, and communicate with each other! We are all one big team!!

FOH: 

  • Closers: Please move tables and sweep underneath at night, there has been a lot of debris and ants finding tasty treats that we do not want continuing! Make sure to put them back nicely with chairs tucked in when done. 

  • Please use the new duster to get cobwebs in the patio corners, and along the fence/building walls by table 42 daily! Check inside as well. 

  • When bussing tables also check for trash/crumbs under the tables and sweep if necessary! 

  • FOCUS POINT: Watering outside plants! With the hotter weather and beautiful new plants outside, please make sure they are getting watered twice a day! The hanging baskets are on a drip system but all other outside plants need love and attention!

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT:  Recycle/glass bins! All tubs under the back metal prep table are clearly labeled and need to be used correctly and taken to the corresponding big cans outside. The left bin is for recycling, middle for glass bottles, right for broken glass.  Bottles can be recycled, broken glass needs to go in the trash!

  • Tracking; Bier cheese again!! You know the drill!
