We are launching Airlie Rosé bottles this Friday for the Summer. Please make sure the open ones get dated and wine gas sprayed every night and stored in the Smix or cocktail fridge NOT the wine fridge!
We will be using cans of soda water for a while to save on CO2 so please DO NOT use the soda water tap!
FOCUS POINT: Stay Hydrated! With high temps this weekend which will also mean an increase in business, please stay hydrated and check in on each other! You can always take a water break or a cool-off break in the walk-in when needed!
FOH:
When restocking beer to go, please make sure you are checking dates and rotating properly (especially in the front cooler), but also please do not put partial 4pks behind full 4pks!
With nice weather and using the tables out in the grass, make sure we are picking up debris out there and cleaning those tables regularly!
Try to pre-buss outside as much as possible to help keep away yellow jackets and make it easier to flip tables when we are busy!
FOCUS POINT: Outdoor Maintenance! With nicer weather make sure the outside is consistently looking good, staying clean, and water stations/plants are being checked and taken care of!

Please make sure at night all dishes are done and that the dishwasher and all drains are cleaned and ready to go for the next morning.
FOCUS POINT: Bier Cheese Consistency! Please make sure we are properly portioning bier cheese and checking the consistency often, it should not be pasty or thick at all!
