ALL: 

  • We are now open for Summer hours! Sun-Thurs 11:30-9pm Fri/Sat 11:30-10pm!

  • During slow times make sure to utilize that time, do cleaning projects, prep, breaks, etc.

  • FOCUS POINT: Family Weekend! It is going to be busy this weekend so be ready, excited, and to kick butt!

FOH: 

  • Remember to have the kitchen BOH closer double count your till and back up bank!

  • Please make sure to lock up the high bar chairs every night!

  • With nicer weather being more consistent, make sure to clean all the tables out in the grass!

  • FOCUS POINT: Establishing roles! During weekends and busy times, establish roles to stay efficient and have every area covered. When coming on shift check in to see what role to go into. When it dies down between rushes, reevaluate roles and don’t just get stuck standing around waiting for the next pop.

BOH:

  • Please make sure at night all dishes are done and that the dishwasher and all drains are cleaned and ready to go for the next morning.

  • Please make sure compost bags are NOT being put into the recycle bins outside, check in with someone if you are unsure which is which.

  • FOCUS POINT:  FIFO rotation, cleanliness, and organization. “Please keep fifos of the same sauces together in a bin so they can easily be checked for dates and rotated. The bins that hold full and empty fifos need to be washed regularly as well. Please also transfer almost empty 4/8 QTs of sauces into a deli container or fill an extra fifo to free up those containers.” Thanks! - Tyler

  • Tracking; Pretzels!! Make sure to waste log if burned, broken, etc.
