ALL: 

  • Please always triple check that every door/garage style door is locked before arming both buildings!

  • FOCUS POINT: Communication between FOH/BOH! When getting phased, looking for something to do, ect. Always check in with everyone to see if they could use some extra hands. Offer to do dishes, help run food, help prep, take out recycle, etc. We should all be willing to help out either department.

FOH: 

  • Feel free to always call the last manager who was on the clock if you have any questions, need them to come back, etc. We will always be able to help you if needed! If it is crazy busy, still take the time to call someone or ask someone else to (BOH, Brewer, etc.)

  • FOCUS POINT: Roles: As we get busier let’s make sure to assign roles and to switch it up so the same person isn’t always hosting, behind the bar, etc. Make sure to communicate your role and if you need a break or switch out, etc. When given a role make sure to stick to it!

BOH:

  • Make sure the smoker racks are always getting washed after using the smoker and replace the tinfoil. If you are new to using the smoker please ask a manager or coworker!

  • FOCUS POINT: Flip/Restock Awareness: When flipping the line make sure to also restock the line and organize and stock the reach-in. Also please wipe everything, the top, sides, ticket rail, printer, etc. when cleaning.

  • Tracking; Smoked chicken was only 1.5oz over! WOW! Moving on to: Smoked Beets!
