FOH:
We have moved the broken glass bucket to a shallow tub that is labeled and lives next to the recycle tub under the back prep counter! Please also empty this out when taking recycling out and do not let it get into regular rotation of tubs, it is glass only!
Reminder: when something gets 86ed, immediately take it out of stock in toast and write it on the 86 whiteboard so everyone stays up to date.
FOCUS POINT: Shift Change! Make sure to initial on shift change items and whenever you have a slow moment do a spot sweep, swiffer, take out trash, refresh bathrooms, etc. The more we keep up during the day the easier it is when closing and the more consistent things stay clean!

Fryer oil change days are switching from Tues. and Sat. to Monday and Friday!
FOCUS POINT: Temps! Continue being in the habit of checking temps regularly and recording them! If anything seems off temp please let a manager know.
Tracking; Smoked chicken was only 8 oz over for 47 portions… Not too bad. Doing it one more week to be sure!
