ALL: 

  • Thanks for kicking butt during the winter warmup events! It was crazy busy but everyone did great!

  • Let’s really go all out this last week of Bourbon Month! Sell that Bourbon and all the specials!

  • New Lemonade and Fruit Vodka flavor this Friday: Cherry Limeade!!

  • FOCUS POINT: Overall Team awareness! When working FOH be conscious of BOH and do dishes if you have a moment, take out recyclables, check in with them. When working BOH be conscious of FOH, run food if they are desperate, check in, etc. We are all a team!!

FOH: 

  • Please DO NOT put dirty dishes/glassware/bus tubs on any counter (FOH or BOH counters) or table top. Put the bus tub on the floor, on top of the dirty dish racks, dish pit, etc. If you do have to place it on a counter please use the sani spray and rag to sanitize it after.

  • Reminder: When counting the till to $200 and checking the backup bank during closing, they both must be double counted and signed off by the kitchen closer too. 

  • FOCUS POINT: Hospitality! Keep up going above and beyond for customers and be as accommodating as possible, make them feel comfortable and welcome!!

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT: Burgers! Please ramp up on making burgers! If you have 1 full pan, make another. Set up the next day opener and keep yourself up on burgers so you don’t have to make them on the fly during a rush!

  • Tracking; Bahn Mi was only over 4oz!! Moving on to Smoked Chicken!
