  • FOCUS POINT: Phasing awareness! When you get phased please try to be off the clock within 10-15 minutes. Check in with everyone, do whatever shift change you need to and then clock off! 

FOH: 

  • Please push Punch out and Prost cans and Love Potion draft (push crowlers since we are out of cans)

  • Please keep at least 4 maybe 5 people on Friday nights for bourbon month

  • Reminder: When counting the till to $200 and checking the backup bank during closing, they both must be double counted and signed off by the kitchen closer too. 

  • FOCUS POINT: Ringing in Special request/add items correctly! If you need to special request something on a ticket or + item something, make sure you put in the correct item name and price or see if there is a button for it first. For ex: “ADD CHX for $1.50” is not an acceptable thing to ring in. Please check in with a manager if you need further clarification.

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT: Garnishes and presentations! Please focus on making all your garnishes and food presentations look tasty and nicely done. Look for bay leaves in the red beans and rice and remove them, soup garnishes, plating, etc.
