Reminder: When counting the till to $200 and checking the backup bank during closing, they both must be double counted and signed off by the kitchen closer too.
FOCUS POINT: Tabs and ringing in! Please make sure to pre-authorize or immediately close out every tab you start (and with proper table #s or names) and ring things in (especially bourbons) right away to make sure nothing gets forgotten and everything gets tracked for inventory! It is easy to forget when we are busy to try to keep it at the forefront of your mind!

Reminder: the Sysco pallet needs to be put outside by the green electrical box after everything is put away!
FOCUS POINT: Garnishes and presentations! Please focus on making all your garnishes and food presentations look tasty and nicely done. Look for bay leaves in the red beans and rice and remove them, soup garnishes, plating, etc.
Tracking: Queso was only 5oz off! Whoo!! Bahn Mi was 1oz off, doing it again to be sure!
