ALL: 

  • Please always triple check that every door/garage style door is locked before arming both buildings!

  • FOCUS POINT: Prepare for Later pushes! With the weather getting nicer and days are longer be prepared for later pushes closer to close and busier weekends! Gauge the flow as best you can!

FOH: 

  • Keep using the misc. Items buttons for pricing or ringing in of solo burger patties, slices of cheese, etc!

  • Reminder: Please do not eat behind the bar. If you need to eat or take a break please go in the back, breakroom, or sit down at a table. 

  • Please remember to wipe every outside table down during closing duties and pickup large debris.

  • FOCUS POINT: Table & Floor Awareness! Let’s make sure we are cleaning the entire table when resetting including the chairs and the floor surrounding. Always put the table tent on its side to signal it is dirty until it can be wiped.

BOH:

  • Remember to always let Tyler know what we transfer from the pub outside of regular transfers so he knows to adjust pars, order more, etc.

  • FOCUS POINT: “Shift Change” Type tasks! Whenever there is a lull or a new person on shift, take a look to see what could be wiped down, restocked, sweep behind the line, take the trash out, etc. It will help be less of a mess at closing and be more efficient!
