ALL: 

  • Please use employee names for tabs so we know who is who and don’t get anything mixed up or confused.

  • New rope installed to block off the brewery area, keep it always latched to the barrel room door!! Check in with brewers if they don’t latch it. Keep the barrel room door locked open as well.

  • FOCUS POINT: Bourbon Month Awareness! Make sure to be in the know about all things bourbon month! Offerings, specials, cocktails, events, etc. Please ask a manager if you have any questions!

FOH: 

  • Please push punch out and prost and crisp start cans this week!

  • Barrel furniture shouldn’t be moved inside until 30 min before close or later. 

  • Please don’t stamp out beer menus without checking in with Madie/Manager first.

  • FOCUS POINT: Floors!! Please make sure to spot sweep the dining room and barrel room throughout the day and hokey the carpets as well. At night make sure we are really getting under chairs and barstools and sweeping the barrel room! The floors have been looking pretty gnarly lately.

BOH:

  • Feel free to ask FOH to help prep items or do dishes when needed.

  • FOCUS POINT: Hot holds! Make sure to check hot hold items frequently and not have the temp too high as well as check the consistency and thin out with water as needed!

  • Tracking: Queso was 2lb off so we are doing it again!. Please watch your portion sizes and make sure to really scrape containers well when transferring and to keep the consistency not too thick.
