ALL: 

  • 86 Back porch lemonade once we run out of what we have! New cocktails starting Feb. 1st

  • The safety rope that is between the 2 barrels to block off the brewery area needs to be clipped and in the right spot anytime the brewers are not actively using that area. It could be a major safety issue so please make sure it is always there!!

  • The barrel room door is getting fixed this Thursday. Please make sure you lock it open when guests are in there.

  • FOCUS POINT: Stay Healthy!! With flu season, school, and crummy weather upon us please make sure you are taking care of yourself and if you actually are sick please follow the correct call out procedures and try to find coverage the second you are having symptoms.

FOH: 

  • Please push caves saison and guy incognito cans this week!

  • The barrel that has the hook for hangers should always be turned so the hangers are behind facing the brewery to stay out of the tight walkway.

  • Reminder: The back up bank MUST be counted every night and every morning. Be thorough and accurate!

  • Please don’t tell people to sub out the smoked chicken on the kimchi sandwich. If a customer asks on their own that is fine but let’s not suggest it. 

  • FOCUS POINT: Table resetting! When bussing and resetting tables please make sure to also wipe all the chairs, check for cobwebs, and check the floors for debris before sitting it again. If the table is really wet from wiping please dry it off as well. 

BOH:

  • PLEASE MAKE SURE that the fryers and flat top are always at least 6 inches under the hood. It is fire code and necessary to keep water from dripping into the fryers!

  • Feel free to ask FOH to help prep items or do dishes when needed.

  • FOCUS POINT: Dish pit awareness! Please keep the dish pit and dirty dish rack clean and tidy. Clean the floors underneath, the walls, etc. after you are done with dishes.

  • Tracking: Queso was short by about 20%, doing it again! Scrape containers well and waste log as needed!
