  • FOCUS POINT: Bourbon Month! Launches next week!!  Make sure to be in the know about all things bourbon month! Offerings, specials, cocktails, events, etc. Please ask a manager if you have any questions! It is essential that you know about all things!

FOH: 

  • Please push Crisp Start and Squirrel Stash cans this week!

  • Get excited about Bourbon Month!

  • Please don’t stamp out beer menus without checking in with Madie/Manager first.

  • FOCUS POINT: Line Efficiency! In preparation for bourbon month, let’s focus on crushing the order line and utilizing all 3 order areas/handhelds to keep the line down and being efficient during busy bourbon month!

BOH:

  • Any type of garnish (parsley, cilantro, etc.) needs to be refrigerated overnight if planning on using it the next day, if it gets left out please toss and make a new garnish batch!

  • FOCUS POINT: Hot holds/scraping! Please make sure to monitor the hot holds throughout the day and check consistencies, temps, etc. When transferring items, really scrape the containers to minimize waste.

  • Tracking: Queso had a 16% loss, doing yet again. Please track the weights of it for Tyler and really scrape the containers and waste log when needed. Use the correct scoops!
